# Refund Policy

At Open Path Digital Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated to each project, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

### Scope of Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any of the following reasons:

- Change in marketing objectives or strategy.
- Dissatisfaction with results.
- Cancellation of services before the completion of the agreed-upon term.
- Any other circumstances not explicitly outlined in this policy.

### Modifications to Services

We understand that circumstances may change during the course of our engagement. If adjustments to our services are necessary, we will work with you to modify our approach and deliverables accordingly. However, such modifications will not result in a refund of fees already paid.

### Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you have questions about charges on your account, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any billing disputes in a fair and timely manner.
