Payment for our services shall be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement between the parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with our services or deliverables remain the property of Open Path Digital Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.



Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Open Path Digital Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.



Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.


Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.



If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
